If you are unable to attend the event due to reasons beyond our control, ticket refunds are not possible. The relevant terms are outlined in the General Terms and Conditions, which must be accepted in order to complete a purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions.

Yes, the ticket is transferable, as the tickets are not issued in a specific name.

Tickets will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase no later than the business day following successful payment.

No, printing is not required. It is sufficient to show the ticket sent via email for QR code scanning upon entry to the festival.

Tickets can be purchased online or on-site by bank card payment. (In case of SOLD OUT, on-site ticket purchase will not be available.)

Parking is available in the nearby underground garages (paid parking / daily rates apply), or on the street (free on weekends).

Yes, there is a cloakroom available in the building, and guests can also purchase food and drinks from various catering vendors at the event, according to their preferences.
