The Story Behind Your Feed: Rewriting Our Inner Narratives
What story do you tell yourself about who you are? Where does that story come from?
Social media, comparison, and the pressure to perform often shape the way we see ourselves—quietly and almost invisibly. This talk helps you recognize the “inner stories” running within you and shows how you can rewrite them into more supportive and empowering narratives.
A thought-provoking journey behind the feed, to the place where our real story begins.
Text Mix with Beni Bánki – When Poems and Song Lyrics Meet
What happens when a classic Hungarian poem and a contemporary song lyric get mixed together? At the Szövegmix workshop, we’ll try it out together.
Participants will work individually or in small teams and receive a pair: a well-known classic poem and a modern song lyric. The task is to create a new, shared text from them—by cutting, mixing, and rearranging the lines.
This way, for example, Arany János might meet Halott Pénz, József Attila might meet VALMAR, or Pilinszky might meet Manuel. The styles are different, but that’s exactly what makes the game exciting: when the voices blend, the result is often surprisingly effective, humorous, or filled with entirely new meanings.
At the beginning of the workshop, we’ll briefly explain the task—then the creative work can begin. At the end of the session, we’ll listen to the finished pieces together, and of course there will be applause, applause, applause for every new “literary remix.” 🎤📚

The discussion will be moderated by Anita Koncz.

Writing, Inspiration, and Stories – A Conversation with B. E. Belle
Literary Stand-up with Gáspár Fehér
Most of us imagine writers as solitary figures hunched over in a dark room, tormented by heavy thoughts. Yet writing also has funny, everyday moments—especially when someone is trying to break into the world of literature with their very first book. This is the case with Gáspár Fehér, whose entire family is involved in writing—and now he is as well. An author published by Scolar Publishing, he has been working as a screenwriter since 2014. He writes television series (Apatigris, Mellékhatás) and feature films (Nagykarácsony). As a guest performer at the Dumaszínház, he talks about the absurd and humorous events of everyday life—just as he does in his debut novel, In the Long Shadow of Mrs. Fillenbaum, which has just been published. In his interactive literary stand-up performance, he will candidly share stories about writing books and screenplays, about rewriting again and again, and about the lessons learned along the way. The event will also include a raffle, and the winner will receive a signed copy of Gáspár Fehér’s book as a gift.
